Terms of Service

ListingForge is an AI-powered tool that generates product listing content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords) for e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and Wildberries. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-per-use basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information.

• Credits are purchased and consumed to generate listings. 1 standard listing = 1 credit; photo mode = 2 credits.
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are consumed.
• Payments are processed via third-party cryptocurrency payment providers. We do not store payment instrument data.
• Prices are displayed in USD. The equivalent cryptocurrency amount is determined at the time of payment.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection laws
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Use automated means to generate listings in bulk beyond reasonable personal or business use

All listing content is generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable material.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will comply with any particular marketplace's policies.
• You own the content you generate, subject to these Terms.

The Service, its software, design, and underlying technology are owned by Forzena and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own commercial or personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR COMPLY WITH MARKETPLACE REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORZENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If arbitration is not available in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
